Hunter Davis is a Grammy nominated songwriter. She co-wrote the current Daphne Willis single “I Will Be Waiting” and has had songs recorded by Kim Carnes, Reba McEntire, Willie Nelson, Ty Herndon, Michael Peterson, Jaci Valesquez, Jen Foster and the #4 Billboard chart debuting Clay Aiken single “On My Way Here.” Hunter has had multiple songs in films, and recorded two albums as an artist on the Redwood Records Label.

Hunter is also a music supervisor(www.imdb.com). She recently completed work on Jeff Lipsky’s new film Twelve Thirty and also worked on his feature film Once More With Feeling, starring Chazz Palminteri and Drea de Matteo. The film was featured at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival. Her past films, I Really Hate My Job, starring Neve Campbell, Danny Huston & Shirley Henderson and Prisoner, starring Julian McMahon, Dagmara Dominczyk & Kim Raver have been featured at film festivals and are available on DVD. Hunter also worked on and wrote a song with Kim Carnes for theLoggerheads soundtrack CD, which features songs by Kim Carnes, Patty Griffin and Robbie Fulks.

Before taking the helm at Treehouse Music with partner Chris Faulk, she worked as a staff writer for Famous Music/Paramount, and Deston Songs.
