Testimonials

Being a member of NAWBO Nashville has been such a great decision for me. When I was getting started, it was invaluable to have all of this knowledge at my fingertips from the more experienced members. Now that I've been in business for a while, I value being able to share what I know. Every month, I learn something new I can use in my business, and the networking contacts alone have made it so worthwhile.

I found a great group of talented business women who network well!

    posted by: admin

Please join Nashville NAWBO for our October luncheon featuring Chris Hilicki, Thursday, October 28th from 11-1.  This should prove to be a fascinating and valuable networking and educational opportunity so reserve your spot now!

Chris Hilicki has been referred to as a “real life wonder woman” by another Nashville business leader, Channel 4 Anchor woman, Demetria Kalodemis. “She has slain evil –and has led the world to better a tomorrow.”

Do you know the Seven Principles that will Build your BRAND of Success? Chris Hilicki certainly does and will share them with us along with the Seven ACTIONS to Review for your BRAND of Success!

Formerly a Chemist, Scientist, Business Woman, and Founder of one of the Nations’ most successful children’s book companies – Dalmatian Press, she is now an International Author, Speaker, and  pursuing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She has been interviewed by Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, featured in Southern Living among numerous other publications, and has appeared on Emmy Award winning Television as an expert in Identity Branding. She teaches at Vanderbilt University, Belmont, Lipscomb, and MTSU. She has survived recurrent bouts of cancer and teaches about the relationship between grief and one’s identity.

Mike Hyatt, CEO of Thomas Nelson wrote, “Chris Hilicki is not only a brand genius, she brings out the genius in all of us.” Her business clients have included McDonald’s, Disney, Harvard, Celebrity Music stars as well as your neighborhood business owner and local community members.

In 2008 Chris helped establish JourneyWorks, a Christian counseling center at GracePointe Church in Franklin, TN. As a therapist and doctoral candidate in clinical psychology she practices a message about lasting and meaningful lives based on truth, good intention and authenticity.

The common denominator in her work is to know yourself, like yourself and reveal yourself to achieve great things for the world. “Be you, she encourages, and be the BEST you.”

She is happily married for over 20 years and says the best thing on her resume is that she is happier than ever living in this moment called NOW.

Please join us on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at
